How to Schedule Social Media Posts Through Your Studiorific Account

Scheduling posts on social media takes a significant portion of the time of a digital marketer, frequently even more time than creating the content for the posts. However, this doesn’t have to be the case. With access to the right tools, you can schedule social media posts on multiple platforms simultaneously, from a single dashboard. With a subscription to Studiorific, you can streamline and optimize the scheduling process, turning it into no more than 10-20 minutes a day.

In this article we will show you how to use the Studiorific platform to schedule social media posts on one or more accounts ahead of time. Adding your social media accounts to a single management platform eliminates the need to work on multiple browser tabs and to remember numerous usernames and passwords. Meanwhile, scheduling posts ahead of time assures the best outcome of your social media marketing efforts and removes the necessity to be online 24/7 to catch the best time to post for your target audiences.

So, without further ado, here are the steps to scheduling social media posts with Studiorific. We will show you:

  • How to schedule posts on Facebook
  • How to schedule posts on Instagram
  • How to schedule posts on Twitter
  • How to schedule posts on YouTube

Step 1: Choose Social Media Platform(s)

After logging into your Studiorific account, you need to go to the left-hand side menu. With Studiorific, you can schedule social media posts on the following platforms: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube. Importantly, you can prepare your content for publishing on one, two, three, or all four sites at the same time. Depending on whether you want to schedule a post on a single social media network or a few different ones, you have two options:

Option 1: Scheduling on a Single Social Media Network

If you want to schedule a post on one platform, you should click on “Facebook”, “Instagram”, “Twitter”, or “YouTube” accordingly in the left-hand side menu. Then you should click on “Post” to go to the social media posts scheduling page.

In case you haven’t connected a respective social media account to your Studiorific Account Manager, you will be offered to do that.

Option 2: Scheduling on Multiple Social Media Platforms

If you want to enhance your efficiency by preparing a single post for several different networks, you need to click on the “Publish all” tab. You will be taken to a similar scheduling page like above. The only difference is that on the left, you will have a list of all your Facebook profiles, Facebook pages, Facebook groups, Instagram profiles, Twitter profiles, and YouTube profiles that you have already connected. From the menu, select all accounts on which you’d like to schedule the social media post you will be working on.

Step 2: Upload Content

The next step in scheduling social media posts through Studiorific is to add the content which you want to share. You can schedule photos, videos, links, and text.

Scheduling Photos

To schedule a social media post with one or more images, simply click on the “Photo” tab. There are a few different ways in which you can add photos and other images to your posts.

Photos from Your File Manager

If you have already uploaded images to your Studiorific account, you can access them from the “File manager” button. When you click on it, a new page will pop up, where you can see all your already uploaded content.

If your images are ready for scheduling, just select one or more that you want to share in this post by clicking on the box in the upper left-hand corner of the image.

If your photos require editing, click on the Edit symbol in the lower left-hand corner of the image to be taken to our image editor tool. You can crop, flip, and rotate your images; you can draw or add shapes, icons, and text on them; and you can make various changes to the color scheme. When you are done with all necessary edits, click on “Save” to go back to the File manager.

Select all images which you want to include in your post, and click on “Add”.

Social media marketers appreciate the importance of adding a watermark with a business logo to digital content for branding purposes. That’s something which you can easily do with Studiorific. Just go to the “Watermark” tab at the bottom of the left-hand side menu and click on it. From the menu with your connected social media accounts, select the one(s) for which you want to customize a watermark. Then click on the “Upload” button to import your logo from your device. Once you’ve done that, you can choose the exact position where you want your watermark to be added on images to be published on this account, the size of the watermark, and the transparency. When you are done, just click on “Save”.

Remember that you can customize a different watermark for each one of your social media accounts, whether on the same platform or on different networks.

Importantly, once you’ve set a watermark for a particular social media account, it will be added automatically to all images which you post or schedule through Studiorific on this account. There is no need to add a watermark each time.

Photos from Your Device

To add a new image from your device, simply click on the “Upload” button. Choose the image or images which you want to include in your social media post, and they will be added right away.

Photos from Your Google Drive

You can also upload photos from your Google Drive by clicking on the “Google Drive” symbol. After choosing which account to use, you will be able to select the image(s) you want added to your post.

Photos from Links

Last but not least, you can import images from a link by clicking on the “Link” symbol.

Importantly, your social media posts scheduled through Studiorific can contain multiple images. Moreover, multiple images to go in the same post can be uploaded in different ways: from your File manager, your device, Google Drive, or links.

Scheduling Videos

Scheduling social media posts with video content on Studiorific is very similar to publishing photos. First, click on the “Video” tab on the scheduling page. From there, once again, you can choose videos from your File manager, upload from your device, import from Google Drive, or add a link.

Remember that if you are posting a video on Instagram, the maximum length permitted by this social media platform is 1 minute.

Scheduling Links

In addition to photos and videos, you can schedule social media posts with links to digital content on your website or any other website.

All you need to do is to click on the “Link” tab on the social media scheduling page. Paste the link you want to share into the “Link URL” field. If this is a link to a blog post or any other web page with a featured image, out platform will automatically pull this image as the thumbnail for your social media post.

Scheduling Text

If visual content is not a focus in your digital marketing strategy, you can use Studiorific to schedule social media posts with plain text. To do that, just click on the “Text” tab on the scheduling page. Then type in or paste the text content you want to share with your social media audiences in the “Enter your caption” field.

Step 3: Enter Caption

If you are scheduling a social media post comprised of an image(s), a video, or a link, you need to add some text content to go with it. This is not only a requirement of social media sites but also tells your target audience what your post is all about.

On the scheduling page of Studiorific, go to the “Enter your caption” field. You can type or paste your caption right there.

If you’d like to be able to use this same caption or a modified version of it in your future social media posts, make sure to click on the “Save caption” icon. This will save the caption on your Studiorific social media scheduler for future use. You can access your saved captions, edit them, and add new ones from the “Caption” tab in the left-hand side menu.

When scheduling a post, you can add a previously saved caption from the “Get caption” symbol.

Don’t forget to add hashtags to your captions as that’s a crucially important strategy for driving more traffic to your social media accounts.

Remember that the maximum length of captions on Twitter posts is 280 characters.

Step 4: Preview Your Social Media Post

Once you are done creating and designing your social media posts, you can preview them in the right-hand side of the screen. If you are happy with how your post has turned out, all that’s left to do is to post it now or schedule it for publication later on.

Step 5: Post or Schedule

With the social media manager available on Studiorific you can choose whether to publish a post as soon as you have prepared it or to schedule it for publication at a set time in the future.

Posting Right Away

If you want your social media post to go live right away, simply click on the “Post” button. Your post will be published on all selected social media accounts within a few short seconds.

As soon as you’ve posted your content, you can go to your social media calendar by clicking on “Schedules” in the left-hand side menu. Click on the “Published” tab to view all your already published social media posts. If you want to view posts published on just one or more platforms, make sure to select the relevant networks from the menu.

Scheduling in Advance

A chief feature of the Studiorific platform is that you can schedule your social media posts on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube ahead of time.

First, select the “Schedule” option. This will prompt a new menu to open.

From the new menu, you should choose the “Time post”. This should be the best time to post on social media networks for your particular audiences. Choose both the date and the time when you want your social media post to go live.

If you want your post to be published multiple times, select the number of days between each reposting in the “Report frequency” field. For example, if you want your post to be republished every other day, choose 2 days. In addition, you can choose the final date for reposting your content in the “Report until” field. Setting the value in the “Report frequency” field to 0 will disable reposting, meaning that your social media post will be published just once, at the selected time.

The final step is to click on the “Schedule” button. You will see a message “Successfully scheduled content” to know that your social media post has been successfully scheduled.

To confirm that and to view your social media calendar, go to the “Schedules” tab in the left-hand side menu of the screen. Make sure you have selected the “Queue” option to view your scheduled social media posts on all platforms. You can also choose to see the calendar of a particular account only with the options available on Studiorific.

When you click on a day in the social media schedule, you will be provided with all posts scheduled for that day in the right-hand side of the screen. Click on the 3-dot symbol in the upper right-hand corner of the post and then on “Edit” to make any edits before publication if needed.

Scheduling social media posts on multiple platforms simultaneously and ahead of time comes with many benefits which both experienced and beginner digital marketers can appreciate. Studiorific allows you to add up to 28 social media accounts on your platform and schedule posts on any number of them at the same time.

When entering text for text posts, it would be great if there were a way to bold, underline, etc. is there a list of shortcodes to do that or a toolbar inside of the editor?

Is there a way to ‘color code’ the different Social Media platforms, as I have multiples on i.e. Facebook and it would be awesome if it be can be color-coded or even better if the SM platform name can appear on the calendar and this will be highly beneficial to see what you have scheduled when.
